Lady Vera
Overview
-With the release of Lady Vera on the horizon, I saw an opportunity to apply what I’d learned and push my limits.
The Challenge
-Mastering Camera Raw and achieving the exact warmth and balance I pictured from the start became the main challenge.
To add another layer of experimentation, I applied the rules of composition with the help of a professional template, to make it more readable.
The Solution
-I broke the process into four clear steps: detailing, composition, background, and color grading.
The inspiration came from old, dusty film lenses, the kind that capture moments with just the right amount of imperfection.
The Result
-With this project, I now have a stronger grasp of composition, lighting, and color theory than ever before. The final image carries the intimacy, power, and the vintage tone I set out to capture. Ultimately becoming a huge stepping stone for me in my creative journey.
